Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill are back again. After the success of “21 Jump Street” over two years ago, it’s time to see if these guys can do it again. These two phenomenal actors came together and created not one, but now two hilarious movies.

“22 Jump Street” revisits the undercover cops of Jump Street. Having seemed to hit a rut, Greg Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Morton Schmidt (Jonah Hill) head back to Jump Street with a new assignment from Captain Dickson (Ice Cube). This time they are going to college. While going undercover at MC State, they need to infiltrate the dealers and find the supply of “whyphy” (aka work hard play hard), which is the new synthetic drug. Jenko gets in with the frat boys while Schmidt is left with the art majors and others of a more classy sect.

Some old faces from the prequel make an appearance as well. While watching, keep an eye out for the nerds that help Jenko from “21 Jump Street,” along with everyone’s favorite jailbirds Eric (Dave Franco) and of course Mr. Walters (Rob Riggle). Though Mr. Walters lost something quite important in his last run in with Schmidt and Jenko, this time he got something, in his opinion, better.

If you haven’t seen either “21 Jump Street” or “22 Jump Street,” I would recommend you go rent them. Watch in order of course, especially if you are wanting a good movie that will make you laugh. “22 Jump Street” meet the expectations that were given to it after its prequel.

Will there be more? It’s a possibility. During the credits of “22 Jump Street” they list off at least 20 more ideas for more “Jump Street” movies. They know they can keep going with this franchise, and keep an eye out during the first 20 minutes of the movie, there was a little cameo about a possible third.

Rotten Tomatoes gave “22 Jump Street” an 84 percent which isn’t too bad. “21 Jump Street” got an 85 percent by Rotten Tomatoes, so as you can see, they met their mark with keeping the sequel just as good as the original. If you liked “21 Jump Street,” you will definitely like 22.

“22 Jump Street” is out on DVD, and if you haven’t rented or bought a copy yet, it’s a great way to recover from finals.
