Our two contenders?
Ron Billius Weasley from the Harry Potter series, and his challenger Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games trilogy. Both of these men have a lot to offer in today’s competition, but to start us off let’s take a closer look at Ron Weasley.
Ron is not only a wizard, but survived a war. His talent for wizardry is a major credit, when there are no spiders involved. Mr. Weasley aided in the war against He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and killed one of You-Know-Who’s closest allies. He seem cowardly, but when put to the test Ronald Weasley can be full of surprises.
Peeta Mellark. The boy with bread. Not a guy most would find intimidating, but don’t let his looks deceive you — he is strong. This guy never stopped fighting — through two Hunger Games, torture, the loss of a limb and severe memory damage.
Love is his greatest motivator, and he will do everything he can to protect it and fight for it. Even if it means laying down his own life. He knows how to hide and stay hidden. He may not be much of a hunter or gatherer, but he knows how to make allies.
Both of these men have been through enough to make them nearly evenly matched. Magic vs. the skills of camouflage. Which would win?
