Alright everyone, the cows are coming home! (The dairy cows!) and we have the Utah State University Dairy Cow Specialist, Justin Jenson, talking with us today about the dairy community.

On the show we discussed a day in the life of a dairy farmer–and let me tell you, they don’t just work long days, they have to have a bank of knowledge or expertise in a variety of subjects. Justin talks about the way dairy farming is done today and gives reasons to why the industry has moved in this direction. He also answers som common questions you may have about how dairy cattle are taken care of.
